Jeffrey S. Lapin

Jeffrey S. Lapin is a founder of Lapin & Leichtling, LLP. His areas of practice include: complex litigation, construction ltigation, insurance coverage, mortgage banking litigation, and class actions. He was educated at the University of Michigan, receiving a B.A., 1990; and at the University of Miami Law School, where he received a J.D., cum laude, in 1993. Lapin was admitted to practice law in 1993, Florida; 1995, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida; 1998, U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit; and in 2000, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.

Lapin was a member of the University of Miami Law Review from 1991-1993. He is a current member of the Florida Bar. Lapin is Miami native, born in 1969.
