Jonathan R. Rosenn

Jonathan R. Rosenn, P.A. is a partner at Lapin & Leichtling, LLP. Rosenn’s areas of practice include commercial litigation, complex litigation; class actions, and appellate practice. Rosenn attended Oberlin College, receiving a B.A. in 1992. He graduated with a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami Law School in 1996. He was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1996, and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, in 1999. Rosenn is a member of the Dade County Bar Association and The Florida Bar.

Rosenn was born in 1970 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and is fluent in Portuguese. He is a member of the Order of the Coif, and was a member of the University of Miami Law Review, 1994-1996. Rosenn authored “The Constitutionality of Statutes Prohibiting and Permitting Physician-Assisted Suicide,” 51 U. Miami L.Rev. 875, April 1997.
