Adam B. Leichtling
Founder & Partner
With more than three decades of experience in the legal profession, Adam B. Leichtling takes a creative, results-driven approach to each unique case he handles. He represents clients before disputes arise and throughout all phases of litigation, including trial and appellate proceedings in federal and state courts in the United States and abroad, as well as in arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
In addition to his insurance law practice covering both property and liability matters, Adam has successfully handled a wide range of other legal matters and complex litigation, including business and commercial disputes, breach of contract matters, fraud, business divorce litigation, construction and design defect claims, recovery suits, employment conflicts, mortgage foreclosures, and judgment enforcement proceedings.
Before founding his boutique litigation firm in 2005, Adam was an equity partner at a national law firm, including serving as office managing partner and as member of the firm’s three-partner executive committee. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served on the University of Miami Law Review, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brown University.
